Our Mission
Why We Exist
More Than Endurance
The Just One More Project exists to use endurance sport as a platform to educate, inspire and encourage conversations around mental health. Every challenge, partnership and event has one purpose—to help people understand that many of life's toughest battles are invisible.
Why Endurance?
Endurance events demand resilience, determination and the ability to keep moving forward despite discomfort, setbacks and self-doubt. While these physical challenges are temporary, they mirror the daily reality for many people living with mental health conditions, chronic illness and other invisible struggles.
Through honest storytelling and real-life experiences, we want to show that progress isn't always about being the fastest or strongest. Sometimes success is simply finding the strength to take one more step.
Building a Community
The project is about far more than one person's journey. We're bringing together charities, businesses, community organisations and our growing network of JOMP Champions to create a movement that encourages people to support one another and reminds everyone that they never have to face life's challenges alone.
Looking Ahead
This is only the beginning. From local community events to some of the world's toughest endurance challenges, every mile completed helps us reach more people, build new partnerships and continue our mission to educate, inspire and encourage conversations around mental health.
Whatever your "one more" is, just don't give up.
